iBelong is a collective of women who help each other get hired and get paid what the job is worth. Members share real salaries, make introductions and refer each other into the companies where they work.
We started it because most good jobs are filled through someone on the inside, and women get that call less often than men do.
Who we vibe with
Directors, team leads, hiring managers, recruiters and those who have said “send me your CV, I’ll pass it on” and actually did.
Women who have outgrown a role they have held for years, women between jobs and those who keep hearing “there’s no budget for a raise this year”.
Who we are together
Say your real salary out loud, and keep everyone else’s at the table.
Everyone brings an ask, whatever her title.
Help with a name or a referral, not with advice.
Answer every ask within a week, even when the answer is no.
Tell the woman who helped you how it ended.
Pay it forward to the next woman, not back to the one who helped you.
What we create together
Give and Get is a movement of tables. At each one, every woman gives one thing she knows and asks for one thing she needs.
Every table starts with one woman who decides her city needs one. We give her the rules and the guide, and she brings the women.

In person
A dinner for a small group of women. Each guest brings one thing she can give and one thing she needs. New York, October 2026. Atlanta, December 2026.
Online
A 30-minute video call with one professional from the network, matched to what you asked for, such as a salary check or interview practice.
Platform
You find a member who works at the company you want and ask her for a call. If she thinks you fit, she refers you.
